Welcome Vendors to the Howard M Smith Diamond State Regatta We look forward to seeing you at one of the best venues for Masters rowing on the East Coast. Are you interested in selling products or advertising to our rowers and spectators?

SPONSORS, ADVERTISERS and VENDORS!

This year the Wilmington Rowing Center will be hosting the 20th annual Howard M. SmithDiamond State Masters Regatta (www.diamondstatemasters.com) on beautiful Noxontown Pond in Middletown, Delaware. Master’s rowers (age 27 & older) from sixty rowing
associations throughout the Eastern United States will compete in this Regatta on Sunday July
25th, 2010.

The Diamond State Masters Regatta has become the most popular Masters Regatta on the East Coast. We attribute this reputation to the support of our sponsors and dedicated volunteers. Last year, we had over 1,000 competitors who participated in 94 races throughout the day. We ask that you consider supporting the Wilmington Rowing Center by placing an advertisement in the Regatta program, which is distributed free of charge to all competitors and visitors.

Depending on the level of your contribution or sponsorship, we will provide a full page black and white ad ($350), half page ($250), quarter page ($150), or business card size ad ($75) to your specifications. Full color for the two inside covers are also available at $500 for a fullpage and $400 for a half-page. Sponsorship at the $350 rate and above will also include a link on the www.diamonstatemasters.com website. Moreover, half-page and full-page advertisements also include the Sponsorship of individual races (2 races for a full page ad and 1 race for a half page), so that the winning crews receive a Sponsor’s trophy appropriately engraved. Contributors of $ 50 will be recognized and listed as Friends of Diamond State Masters Regatta. Vendor space (approx. 10 ft. x 10 ft) is available at the rate of $125 for the day.

We can assure you that the Wilmington Rowing Center and Regatta participants are deeply appreciative of your interest in this very popular event. If you have any questions, or if we can be of assistance in preparing your advertisement for submission, please do not hesitate to contact us
via e-mail or phone.

Thank you in advance for your generous support.
